Purpose: You must have an eCourts account to electronically file documents with Wisconsin circuit courts. This article describes how to log in to the Circuit Court eFiling website with your eCourts account.

Log in with your eCourts account
- Visit the Wisconsin Circuit Court eFiling website: http://efiling.wicourts.gov.
- Enter your eCourts Username and select [Continue].
- Enter your eCourts Password and select [Log in].
Note: Select the checkbox to the left of 'Remember me...' if you are on a trusted device and wish to bypass entry of a one-time passcode for subsequent logins from this device for the next 7 days. -
Select your preferred option from the One-time code destination list to send a one-time verification code to. Then, select [Send].
- Retrieve the one-time verification code received at the email address or mobile number selected previously.
- Enter the one-time code and select [Verify].
- Review the Electronic filing system user agreement and select the checkbox to indicate you have read and agree to the terms. Then, select [Continue].
- You are then brought to the Circuit Court eFiling website.
