Appellate court eFiling - Logging into Wisconsin appellate court eFiling

    • Purpose: An eCourts account is needed to electronically file documents with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. This article describes how to log in with an existing eCourts account.

    Steps to log into Wisconsin appellate court eFiling

    1. Visit the Wisconsin Appellate Court eFiling website: https://acefiling.wicourts.gov/.
    2. Enter your eCourts Username and select [Continue].

    3. Enter your eCourts Password and select [Log in].

      Note: Select the checkbox to the left of 'Remember me...' if you are on a trusted device and wish to bypass entry of a one-time passcode for subsequent log-ins from this device for the next 7 days.
    4. Select your preferred option from the One-time code destination list to send a one-time verification code to. Then, select [Send].

    5. Retrieve the one-time verification code received at the email address or mobile number selected previously.

    6. Enter the one-time code and select [Verify].

    7. Review the Electronic filing system user agreement and select the checkbox to indicate you have read and agree to the terms. Then, select [Continue].

    8. You are then transitioned to the Appellate Court eFiling website.
