Purpose: This article outlines how data-sharing interface partners can reach the Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP). This includes issues, questions, concerns or to coordinate testing.

The Wisconsin Court System sends and receives data related to court records with a variety of interface partners. Interface justice partners should use the following procedure to submit a ticket to our eFiling Support Center. Support staff will route your request to the appropriate contact within CCAP.
- Go to the eFiling Support Submit a request page.
- Enter your email address and select Other (Non-Court Specific) from the Court Type dropdown.
- Enter [INTERFACE PARTNER NAME/ABBREVIATION]: in the Subject field followed by a brief description of the inquiry/issue. ****NOTE: Crop out suggested articles****
- Enter information about your inquiry/issue in the Description field and select [Submit].
- Following submission, a pop-up appears in the window indicating your email requires verification before your request can be submitted.
- Check you email inbox for a message titled, "Please verify your email address" with a link to verify your address. Select the link.
- Following selection, you are routed to a page confirming verification of your email address.
- After verification occurs, your request is routed to the appropriate contacts within CCAP for follow-up. You'll receive an email with the subject [Request received] and the body will include your ticket number.
