Purpose: This article explains how to create a template for parties that you frequently include in filings.
Applicable Users: Attorneys
- Visit the eFiling website at https://efiling.wicourts.gov/ and log in. For more information see the article Logging into Wisconsin circuit court eFiling.
- Select your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then select templates from the dropdown menu.
- Select [Create].
- Enter a name for your template in the Template name field, and complete additional required fields. Select [Add attorney], to add an attorney for this party. Select the [Save] button to continue.
- To used a saved template when filing a new case, select your name and select templates as done previously in step 2.
- Locate the desired party template and select the Create new case link. This action will initiate a new case using the information from the template.
