Circuit court eFiling - Creating a template for frequently used parties

    • Purpose: This article explains how to create a template for parties that you frequently include in filings.

    Applicable Users: Attorneys

    1. Visit the eFiling website at https://efiling.wicourts.gov/ and log in. For more information see the article Logging into Wisconsin circuit court eFiling.
    2. Select your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then select templates from the dropdown menu.

    3. Select [Create].

    4. Enter a name for your template in the Template name field, and complete additional required fields. Select [Add attorney], to add an attorney for this party. Select the [Save] button to continue.

    5. To used a saved template when filing a new case, select your name and select templates as done previously in step 2.
    6. Locate the desired party template and select the Create new case link. This action will initiate a new case using the information from the template.
