Purpose: Opted-in parties can eFile exhibit documents on cases that have future court activities. A Pre-filing trial and hearing exhibits video is also available for review.

eFiling exhibits on an existing case
- Visit the eFiling website at https://efiling.wicourts.gov/ and log in. For more information see the article Logging into Wisconsin circuit court eFiling.
- Select the my cases option in the main navigation or the [My cases] button from the bottom.
- Select the Pre-file hearing exhibit link in the Actions column once you have located the relevant case.
- Click the [Upload documents] button to browse for and upload the exhibit document. Review the document file type specifications. Uploaded documents must be in PDF format.
The case must have a future court activity. Select the activity from the Activity dropdown. A Document title is required.
Note: If a future activity is not yet scheduled for your case, please reach out to the clerk of court office in the county where your case is filed to determine when to file your exhibit. - Add any additional information for the court in the Notes to Clerk field.
- Select [Continue].
- Review the documents on the Ready to file page.
- Select [File] to complete the exhibit document filing.
Viewing processed exhibits on a case
- Visit the eFiling website at https://efiling.wicourts.gov/. Enter your eFiling User name and Password and select [Log in]. For more information see the article Logging into an existing eCourts account.
- Select my cases option in the main navigation or the [My Cases] button.
- Select the View exhibits link to see exhibits filed on your case.
- Exhibits remain in Submitted status until the clerk accepts them. Once the clerk
accepts them, their status changes to Processed.
